At the age of 13, Linnette saw the need for the integration of clinical mental healthcare & one's spiritual beliefs. While Psychology and Christianity were at odds with one another at that time, current scientific research shows that a person's spiritual belief system is an integral part of their mental health recovery, and should be integrated into their treatment. Today, spiritual & religious institutions are also recognizing the need to integrate the two. (A client's spirituality plays a role in their therapy only at their own discretion.) LINNETTE OFFERS A HOLISTIC COUNSELING APPROACH, treating each client according to their unique needs.
HER AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
anxiety, depression, complex trauma & PTSD, chronic pain & illness, grief & loss, self-worth, women specific issues, emotional regulation, & spiritual counseling - 18 years to Senior Citizens. Linnette looks forward to serving you!
